Liverpool University Student Theatre are holding auditions for their autumn show Spring Awakening on Friday 28 September from 6 – 10pm and Saturday 29 September from 10am – 1pm.
Callbacks will be held on Sunday 30 September at 6pm.

LSRadio induction talks will be held on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 September, 5 – 7pm in the Harold Wilson Room at LGoS.

The NUS #DEMO2012 Launch Event takes place tomorrow (Monday 24th) in the Courtyard at LGoS, 4pm.
A guest speaker from NUS will be speaking and there will be lots of information about the Demo on November 21.

Symphony Orchestra, Mondays 6 – 9pm in the Eleanor Rathbone Theatre. Open to staff and students who play an orchestral instrument.
Chamber Choir, Tuesday 7 – 9pm in the Large Teaching Room in the School of Music. A classical mixed choir aimed at singers with reasonable sight-singing ability.
Flute Choir, Wednesdays 5 – 7pm in Room G05 Latin American Studies. Open to all flutists of any standard.
Brass Ensemble, Wednesdays 7 – 9pm in Room G05 Latin American Studies. Open to all brass/saxophone players and percussionists.
University Singers, Tuesdays 5 – 7pm and Wednesdays 7 – 9pm in the Large Teaching Room in the School of Music. A mixed choir open to singers of any standard.
Concert Band, Thursdays 6 – 8pm in the Eleanor Rathbone Theatre. Open to all woodwind, brass and percussionists of any standard.

English Society are holding their first social this Tuesday, September 25 beginning at Baa Bar on Myrtle Street at 8pm. The theme is Literary Heroes and Villains.

Liverpool Debating are holding their first debate of the year Tuesday September 25 at 5.30pm in the International Lounge at LGoS.
The motion is “This house would ban all fast-food and fizzy drink companies from advertising at future Olympic and Paralympic Games”

Dancesport have a beginners session this Wednesday at Carnatic Halls from 6pm.
Beginners Wednesday classes are 7.30pm at Community College on Ruscoe Street. Novice Thursday classes are 6.30pm at Mountford Hall in the Guild. Classes are £3.50.
