Franz Woyzeck is a lowly soldier, living with his other half Marie, doing what he can to get through life. Taking part in a medical experiment to earn a bit of extra money, he finds himself pushed to his limits, but what are the consequences when he inevitably reaches breaking point?
Woyzeck is a chilling tale about the exploitation of a common man, exploring on complex themes such as poverty, morality and the inner-psyche.
Performances will take place on Tuesday 1st, Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd of May at 7.30pm in Stanley Theatre at the Liverpool Guild of Students.
