Tonight, singer/songwriter Paul Straws will be revealing his hand crafted animation for his ukulele driven song ‘You Wouldn’t See It That Way’ (listen here). Joined by his six-piece band of cello, mandolin, keyboard, drums and bass along with his own guitar, ukulele and vocal, Straws will screen his humorous animation as the first of what will be a series of video releases planned for the 20 songs he has recorded over the last year.
“It’s a massive undertaking, and I’ve only ever done something like this once before, and that was a collaboration. But I was determined to do something I knew no one else would have – certainly not at this level”.
Support this evening will come from Preston three-piece, Ivan Campo, captivating songstress from the capital, Jessica Mary York, as well as Liverpool’s own DJ collective, Beaten Tracks.
