As students, we are constantly gearing ourselves towards the next chapter, whether it’s a Masters degree, or that first step towards your dream career; do you ever wish that you could rewind back to your childhood? Well now you can let your inner child spring into action at Liverpool’s first trampoline park.

Opened in 2016, Spring City is quickly becoming one of the cities most popular and talked about attractions. Located in Brunswick Dock near the Century Building on the waterfront, the transformed warehouse offers access to around 100 trampolines. The main trampoline area plays host to 49 flat bed and angled trampolines, guaranteeing an exhilarating experience from left, right and centre.

Sporting green and purple trampolines and foam accessories, the interior embodies the buildings roots, with its edgy brick design and River Mersey backdrop.

The trampoline park offers not only an opportunity to let loose and have some good old fashioned fun, but also a place to enjoy a range of exercise based classes, whether you want to practice your Michael Jordan shots in the basketball lanes or book a group party.

A guaranteed calorie burner and upbeat experience for all, the ‘Springercise’ fitness session is suitable not only for experienced bouncers, but for beginners at any level. Combining short intermediate exercises with energetic music, you will leave with a racing pulse and glistening in sweat, with the help of a qualified instructor.

The gym lifestyle is, however, not for everyone, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy what Spring City has to offer. If you’re a lover of pop classics, the park hosts a Student 90’s Night every Monday from 6pm-7pm at a discounted rate of £5 if you bring your student I.D card. You can also experience a range of deals, such as a choice of Pizza and Chips with a slush puppie for only £5, served in the Spring Café after your bounce. With access to the entire park, why not slam dunk the funk in the courts, or bounce about to classic Britney Spears anthems as an alternative student night out -The Raz will be waiting for you the following week.

Before you set foot on the trampolines, you will be briefed on health and safety precautions, have to fill out an acceptance of terms form, and purchase a pair of Spring City gripper socks to bounce around in. Spring City is definitely worth a visit if you’re interested in escaping all of your student stresses, or just fancy a laugh with your housemates.

So whether you want to attend a fitness class, or just decide to have a spontaneous night out, unleash your pre-adolescent self and bounce all your woes away.
