The city of Liverpool prides itself on it’s diverse independent food and drink scene. And what better time to celebrate this achievement than with the combining of two of Liverpool’s most popular venues. Their famous coffees and flavoursome foods has made it a go-to for all customers so it was sad to hear of their closure due to maintenance issues. But don’t fret the collaboration with Santa Maluco hopes to be an exciting experience. The founder of Bold Street Coffee Sam Tawil, has been friends with Graffiti Spirits Group founders, Matt Farrell and John Ennis for many years, and when speaking about this exciting collaboration, Sam is the first to say he hopes it will be a long-term venture.

Sam (founder of Bold Street Coffee) commented on the food and drink scene in Liverpool and has said that Liverpudlians have seen a real shift in the independent shops and restaurant culture. Where there was a lack of them in previous years, now the City is starting to thrive with standalone venues, with this collaboration demonstrating perfectly how independent businesses in Liverpool continue to support and work together, helping to evolve the ever-changing hospitality industry.
