Albert Dock will be hosting a new Food & Drink festival, which is taking place this weekend, 7-8th September 2019.

Award-winning celebrity chef and broadcaster, Andi Oliver, a main judge on the BBC’s Great British Menu and an integral part of the Saturday Kitchen team as both a guest host and chef, will be hosting a series of chef demonstrations and masterclasses on the Docks.

The festival is part of Liverpool’s Summer on the Dock and is a great way to end the summer and enjoy some of the lasting sunshine. To make it even more memorable, there will be chef demos on the floating pontoon by The Colonnades inner quay, with celebrity chef, Andi Oliver, presenting the demos. This is definitely not one to miss!

Commenting on the new Food & Drink festival, Andi says, “It’s so exciting to be part of such an innovative event at the iconic Albert Dock. Every-time I visit Liverpool, I fall in love a little bit more with the city! I’m genuinely impressed with the diverse food and drink scene and friendly people, so it’s an honour to headline this new festival which I’m sure will be a huge success!”.

There will be an array of food options to choose from; with the likes of Rosa’s Thai Cafe, Maray, Gusto, Lunyalita and TATE Eats showing off their culinary skills and serving up a series of fantastic dishes.

On Sunday, there will be a cookery masterclasses with Belling Cookery and cocktail masterclasses at Revolution, as well as live music throughout the day. There is definitely something for everyone!
