Founded in 2014, the Liverpuddly Cannons are finally celebrating their first year as part of the Liverpool Guild of Students. Named after J. K Rowling’s fantastical Chudley Cannons, the Liverpuddly Cannons are firmly making their mark in the world of Quidditch. Created by students for students, Liverpool’s quidditch team are not the only ones taking part in this sporting phenomenon sweeping the country. Rugby League Four Nations Final: Two Nations Collide at Anfield

40,042 Rugby League fans were treated to an outstanding Four Nations final played by two of Rugby Leagues greatest teams – Australia, the current World Champions and New Zealand, the Worlds Number 1 team. Much more was on offer than just the Four Nations trophy, but also bragging rights between two of the biggest rugby nations.
